SENSORY INTEGRATION DVD:
I have made a 40 minute high-quality DVD on Sensory
Integration for for therapists, teachers and parents.
It includes: a background of SI; the principles; an explanation and illustrations
of vestibular, proprioceptive and tactile input; SI in the therapy setting;
SI in the home environment; using SI in schools; SI in the community and
the environment. It is all illustrated with various age children, in all
settings. A detailed voice-over provides extensive well researched information
on SI and practical suggestions of using SI in all settings. It also has
a good South African flavour!
It is ideal resource to lend to parents as an illustration of what we
as OT's do in therapy and what parents can do at home, and teachers can
do at school.

I have also made an SI Equipment DVD (1 hour) showing
25 pieces of equipment being used to their maximum potential.
